We do not start by asking which tool you want. We start with one workflow, the decision it is supposed to improve, the data and permissions around it, and the cost of getting it wrong.
From there, we decide whether AI belongs in the work at all, which model class deserves the job, and what review and measurement need to exist before it scales.
